When I bought my first professional quality camera at the end of 2016, just before graduating from film school at UT Austin, I thought I was making an investment into film making. But it wasn't long before I was taking it with me everywhere making photos. Not only making a visible record of my life, but documenting my perspective of my own personal history. To this day, I am still in love with the simple equation of applying my perspective to a place and time to create art.
